La Ensa\u00efmada es un tipo de pasta dulce con forma de espiral hecha a partir de harina, huevos, az\u00facar, levadura, leche y manteca de cerdo. Una vez cocida la masa se le espolvorea az\u00facar glas\u00e9 por encima.<br \/>\nLa tradicional simplemente va espolvoreada de az\u00facar pero se han ido creando variantes rellenas de cabello de \u00e1ngel, crema, chocolate\u2026<br \/>\nLas pod\u00e9is adquirir individuales para desayunar, merendar o de diferentes tama\u00f1os para varias \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Sobrassada<\/h3>\n<p>Este es otro de los productos m\u00e1s conocidos de Mallorca, es un tipo de embutido elaborado con carne de cerdo, el cual se diferencia de otros por su color rojo que proviene de uno de sus ingredientes, el piment\u00f3n.<br \/>\nUna vez mezclada la carne picada, el piment\u00f3n, la pimienta y las sal se embute en una tripa natural para que fermente \/>\nAhora, produci\u00e9ndose con las m\u00e1s modernas t\u00e9cnicas de vinificaci\u00f3n, algunos vinos de la tierra han sido internacionalmente reconocidos.<br \/>\nContando con una gran diversidad paisajista, junto a un clima favorable, la isla cuenta de varias zonas de cultivo;\u00a0 la Serra de Tramuntana, el Raiguer, el Pla, la Serra de Llevant y el Migjorn y se obtienen de esas zonas vinos blancos, con un color amarillo dorado p\u00e1lido donde predominan los aromas frutales, los vinos rosados de color rosa anaranjado y los vinos negros con un aroma potente y con cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las bodegas de Mallorca ofrecen visitas guiadas en varios idiomas, as\u00ed como catas de vinos de la bodega en un entorno de arquitectura rural pero con mucho encanto.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n encontrareis el uso del vino para el bienestar, la vinoterapia es una manera de relajarse y obtener los beneficios saludables que ofrecen las uvas. Todas las hierbas son mezcladas junto con an\u00eds y se dejan macerar durante unos meses.<br \/>\nEste tipo de licor se suele tomar despu\u00e9s de comer por sus propiedades digestivas y tiene un color verde con olor anisado.<\/p>\n<p>En cambio el \u201cPalo\u201d se invent\u00f3 para combatir una antigua enfermedad llamada paludismo. Para elaborarlo se utiliza la quina (cinchona) y la genciana, junto con alcohol y un poco de az\u00facar para que no tenga un sabor tan amargo.
